The transfer fee is currently £0.00. Our exchange rate includes a margin over the mid-market rate, and the rate and exact amount your recipient gets are shown before you confirm.
How fast is delivery?
Transfers usually arrive within minutes once your recipient’s details are confirmed. Timings are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.
Is my money safe?
Every transfer is protected by a transaction PIN, and you can add email 2-step verification and Face ID. GiffyPay is a technology company, not a bank, and is not yet authorised or regulated by the FCA. Our application is in progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with a UK debit card or a linked UK bank account.
